TobieVault
A governed vault for the records behind your benefits program: sealed documents with signed-link-only access, an immutable audit trail, retention schedules, and legal hold. It builds on the secure, PIN-verified document access we built for employee transitions, and it is rolling out in phases.
Talk with us about TobieVaultNative mobile apps (iPhone and Android)
Tobie already works in any mobile browser. Native apps for iPhone and Android are in active development, bringing Home, Ask Tobie, the Benefits Feed, Watch, and Open Enrollment to a dedicated app. Store availability will be announced when the listings are live.
More on the mobile appsAsk Tobie
We keep improving how Tobie answers employee questions from your approved benefits information, with sources shown alongside answers. Ask Tobie runs on Anthropic Claude Haiku 5.5, with Google Gemini as a backup, and we are expanding to a multi-model approach that adds OpenAI models. It is designed to point people to a human when a question needs one.
More on Ask TobiePlan Finder
Live today as an educational five-question walkthrough of the plan options, in plain language; we keep refining the questions and the explanations. Plan Finder is an educational tool. It does not provide medical, tax, financial, or individualized benefits advice and does not complete an employee’s election.
More on Plan FinderMultilingual coverage
Ask Tobie already answers in each employee’s language from the approved documents, and the hub runs in twelve languages. We keep adding translated guides, posts, and videos, each one approved before it reaches employees.
More on multilingual workforcesBenefits Feed
Live today: a year-round, HR-approved feed for announcements, reminders, plan changes, and pinned clarifications. We keep adding the reminder and campaign types HR teams ask for, so benefits stay visible outside the open-enrollment window.
More on the Benefits FeedTrust and security maturity
We are pursuing SOC 2 Type I as part of a broader investment in security and governance for HR-sensitive data. Security details are available to review with our team.
