Questions

Pricing, answered plainly.

How is Tobie priced?
One predictable annual investment, published in the open: a $10,000 Pilot (a 60-day proof of value) and a $25,000 Core annual plan, each with a one-time $6,000 setup. Final pricing scales with your head count and number of benefits groups, and Enterprise is scoped for multi-population, multi-site organizations. You can start with a fixed-price Guide Review first, so there is no commitment until you have seen it work on your own plan.
Is there a discount right now?
Yes. If you met us at SHRM26, you can lock in 25% off your entire first year, including setup. The offer is valid through July 31, 2026. Claim it here.
What's a Guide Review?
A $3,500 fixed-price audit of your benefits documents. We read your plans, run a live AI demo grounded in your own materials, and hand you a written recommendations report. It is the lowest-risk way to see exactly what your people will be able to ask, and how accurately Tobie answers.
Does the pilot really credit toward year one?
Yes. If you move from a Pilot to an annual plan within 45 days, 50% of the pilot fee credits against your first-year cost. The pilot is designed to prove value, not to lock you in. If it is not a fit, you walk away with a real proof report either way.
How fast until we are live?
Most teams go live in weeks, not quarters. A Pilot stands up a branded microsite and the AI assistant inside the 60-day window, typically with a working experience in the first two to three weeks, in time for open enrollment.
Is our data secure?
Tobie is built on SOC 2-certified infrastructure, and we are actively pursuing SOC 2 Type I. Employee conversations stay confidential, and we can support your HIPAA obligations under a signed BAA. We will always tell you exactly where our certifications stand today. No security theater.
Can you handle multiple employee populations?
Yes. Core supports distinct content for different groups, and we can scope multi-population, multi-site organizations, including separate plan sets, eligibility rules, and branding per group, with SSO/SCIM to keep it all in sync. Ask us about your environment.
