Interim notice. Tobie provides governed benefits communication software to employers. Our full privacy policy is in final review with legal counsel and will replace this notice before general availability. Until then, this page describes plainly how we handle information today.

What we collect on this website

We collect only what you choose to send us: the details you submit with a Guide Review or SHRM claim request (name, work email, company, role, and optional phone number), any documents you upload for a review, and any email you write to us.

For site usage, we use lightweight, cookieless web analytics (Vercel Web Analytics). We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not track you across other sites.

How we use it

We use what you send us to respond to you, prepare the review you asked for, and operate this site. Your information is never sold and never used for advertising.

Client and employee data in the product

For employers using the Tobie platform, benefits documents and employee information are handled under the minimum-necessary principle, with encryption in transit and at rest and per-customer tenant isolation. Assistant conversations carry a short retention window, and customer content is never used to train AI models. We support our customers’ HIPAA obligations under a signed Business Associate Agreement. Our Security and Trust Center describes these practices, and every subprocessor that touches data, in detail.
